These new A1 Class 11 exhaust systems are the answer for anyone looking for maximum ground clearance, HP, and performance in a very compact package. Not only do these work for off-road cars but they are also perfect for anyone with an ultra low car looking for an exhaust that works and fits in a very nice tight spot behind the apron. These systems are made in T304 stainless steel, fully Tig welded for a seamless finish with smoother mandrel bends. All kits use a V-band connector between the header and muffler as well. Kits are available in several sizes and finishes which you can choose from below. We have this exact kit on our project Highwheeler bug build which can be seen in the project cars section of our website. All Class 11 kits include both the header with J tubes and muffler.

Empi Stainless Steel Sideflow Exhaust For VW Bug and Bus
Constructed of Stainless Steel with 1 5/8” tubing and featuring a true 4 into 1 merged collector for maximum exhaust flow. This system is TIG welded for long lasting strength and good looks. This system includes a S/S V-band Muffler. Gaskets and hardware are in the box for an easy installation. This is a competition system and cannot be used with heater boxes.

Exhaust tips are engineered to exit the stock apron cut-outs for a clean look. Easy bolt-on fit and this exhaust has 3/8” thick flanges for a secure fit. Constructed of long-lasting 304 Stainless Steel and 1 3/8" S/S tubing. The polished muffler body is finished with a matching 304 Stainless Steel EMPI badge. This system comes with heat risers and allows proper clearance for fresh air hose routing.
